Terms Of Service

My terms are quite simple. There are no contracts, a handshake is all I need. I create basic to slightly complex web sites mainly using HTML, JavaScript, and VBS. If you need a very large or extremely complex site you should consult with a design firm capable of devoting a team to create you web site.
The fees for the services I provide are listed below, following is a basic list of what I need from you to perform my services. For more information on my services please visit my services page.

Basic Charges

My basic fees are listed but not limited to the list below:

Initial consultation is $ 25.00 which may be waived if we come to an agreement.
The main web site page is $ 125.00.
Sub pages are $ 50.00 on average.
Custom scripting (such as drop down menus) is at $ 25.00 per hour.
Custom buttons start at $ 10.00 each.
Preparing existing artwork or photos for use on the web site starts at $ 10.00 per hour.
E-Mail forms start at $ 50.00.
E-Commerce stores will vary in cost depending on the software used and complexity of the store.
Web site maintenance fees will vary from a flat rate of $10.00 to $ 25.00 per hour.
Payment is 25% due when the web site design is approved.
25% due when the pages are completed and approved.
The balance due when the web site is launched.

Provided By You

This is a basic list of what I will need from you:

Your Domain name and a hosting service for your web site. I can assist you with this.
FTP access to the web site for creating the structure, uploading the files for the site.
Control panel access to create Email addresses and configure the services needed for the web site.
Graphic art, images, or photos needed for the web site.
Content such as text, files, links, and other items needed to populate the pages.
Some idea or examples of how you would like your web site to look and flow.
Any other items discussed during our meetings or communications.
Some basic information about your business and competition.
I will ask you and your staff to list 10 keywords they would use to find your business on a search engine.
